Those are just off the first google page. So I'm sure there's a ton more. I of course can't try any of them out, since I don't own a Mac (I'm kind of anti-Mac), but I'm sure one of them will suit your needs.
According to LJ (and by extension all the LJ clones such as IJ or GJ) any client will work if: Clients written for the Blogger and Atom APIs should be able to work with LiveJournal, provided you can change which server they post to.
