Re: Long fics

I have always loved long fics. In fact, I think that's part of the reason why I like fandom so much, when I decide I like something, I latch onto it, and don't want to let go. It's really weird to find myself not being able to read these things now. When I was a teenager I would read Diana Gabaldon's books over and over again, and her smallest one was over 800 pages (at the time, I think she has smaller ones now).

Also, because I've meaning to ask, how's your sister doing?
Which one? The pregnant one? Or the paralyzed face one?
Jenny, is just happy to be over the morning sickness stage of things, and is anxious to get into her second trimester (our family has a history of miscarriages, so she scared). She's sleepy a lot, but doing well otherwise.

Andrea's face is pretty much back to normal now. She went to the Dr.'s last week and was told she had 92% of her movement back, which basically meant her forehead didn't go as wrinkly if she raised her eyebrows. I think it's probably all back by now.
