Good luck! It's nerve-wracking waiting to hear if the offer is accepted (I just went through all of this relatively recently). I have to admit that I lost out on one house because there ended up being competition. I was sad at first, but it ended up being for the best because 1) it needed a lot of work 2) the asking price was a little high for me to begin with. But it was still this crazy emotional rollercoaster in some ways.

(Still, I ended up with a better house at a better price).

Anyway, it's true - you'll end up with a house, and something you like, one way or another! But I hope you do get this one.
