OMG, so the realtor came over today and we wrote up an offer for that condo I was eyeing. Which was *squeee*.

But then, not an hour later the realtor came back. Someone else had made an offer. :S

So on my first home I was put in the position of having to make my best offer. There's a deadline of midnight tonight.

I think I might go nuts!
