SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!! I know the stress of trying to get this stuff done!
I got the opposite news today...House we've been renting, landlord decided to sell, dug deep, made offer (IN FEBRUARY!!!!), **have contract**, VERY LONG STORY in between, hail storm, roof needs repairs 3 DAYS before closing, landlord doesn't have enough insurance to pay for, bank refuses to close til roof fixed, we come up with the money to fix the roof (NOT yet contracted with roofers yet THANK GOD!) and tonight I get a TEXT MESSAGE from landlord/ seller (!?!?!?!) saying deal's off (?!?!?! We still have a contract, for God's sake!) and no explanation and won't talk to me about it. WTF?!?!?!?!?!
