I was so happy when I finally became a full time employee at my current job and actually go *paid* vacation! Even better, I get more than the minimum, I get 3 weeks! But still, I love the idea of more time off too.

Do you remember a few years ago, I think it was Labatt's Blue was running that series of commercials to have the minimum amount of vacation raised. They showed the minimum time off for other countries, some of which were quite high, and at the end they'd show Canada's 10 days.
