Okay, updated (whew) the list -- well, mostly, still working on some of it -- so if you could review & let me know if I missed anything and/or misread anything. Added notes between yours & mine about some of the details, and now I'm trying to figure out how to interpret all of it into a visual (architecture) format. Once I've got a draft of that, I'll post so everyone can take a look & give feedback -- it's just much easier to talk about such things when you have something solid to critique, y'know?

...and then we just need to find some coders, and a designer or two, to put a pretty face on it. (I can do the CSS, but conceptual design isn't my strong point.)
