1) For someone to find/create a photobucket alternative that isn't blocked by the Chinese government, and then promote its usage accross LJ (I hate not being able to see all the things you guys post :( *sigh*)
copy the URL of the pic that you couldnt see to a new browser, eg: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v175/weirdqafan/xxxxx.jpg. just get rid of this one *img.* then i'm sure you are able to see the pic. i've always been doing this way.so i can see all the pics on PB,only it's too troubled,but hey,it works after all.
