I've seen a few posters here and there that lamented that their Dreamhost accounts were suspended over the weekend for "unauthorized acquisition and/or distribution of copyrighted material." And they kinda implied that a) there was no warning and b) they lost everything. So I don't know, I'd err on the side of caution.
