Well, they promised they'd have info in 24 hours, and that deadline passed yesterday. I've called twice now, demanding that they just send me out a new laptop, (to get here this week) and get my old harddrive out of my other computer. Actually, I think I'm going to go call them again right now, since they still haven't called me back.
