Well, you know, I don't remember specifically. :D There are several possibilities, though. You may have, as I said, turned up on a keyword search, say, sga race (http://technorati.com/search/sga+race+?authority=n&start=10), perhaps, from technorati, ljseek, textblog, or another search engine type thing. I reckoned it was most likely to be from a feed because of the delay you mentioned. Otherwise, well! You're on a lot of community flists - it's also fairly probable that I picked you up off a flist view - I've skimmed the sga_noticeboard flist a lot more often in the past couple of weeks, because so much discussion has been happening in SGA recently. Or someone tracked out the comment threads - that's a pretty common way to find more discussion posts. Or... I dunno! Those are the three most likely options. We don't get that many submissions, maybe a couple a day, and mostly in comments.
We've been grinding our way through a pretty big change in the way we collate our data over the past month or so, so it's also quite probable that actually your post was added when you made it and got caught in the system.
Here concludes my essay: More Than You Ever Wanted to Know About Metafandom, by lim, aged seven (and three quarters!)
