Oh, poor you! A dishwasher is great if only so that you have a nice place to put all the dishes between washing. I mean if you just have a glass of water or something, it's nice not to have to leave it in the sink.

As for the fondue set, the only part that would be annoying to clean by hand is the twirly thing in the middle, everything else would be relitively easy....
