So I haven't really been around much lately. My stupid computer is broken again (I swear, I didn't think it was possible to have a computer break down this often *glares*) and it won't plug in. I have to steal my mom's battery to get on the computer.

Also with the RL meme, there were a couple people who said they wouldn't mind meeting up with me, well... I know it's the long weekend, and it's kind of short notice, but I'm going up to Toronto this weekend, is anyone interested in meeting up?

-Last week I was in such a vidding mood. I was watching vids, and totally loving them, and I so *wanted* to vid. I tried so hard to get Premiere working and it *wouldn't* *pouts* Then I tried Sony Vegas, which I actually got some work done on, but then it too decided that it hated me and wouldn't start. My mom doesn't know this yet, but I think I might install Vegas on her computer and start using it to vid (she doesn't need a computer :S).

I lives in the Toronto, I'm free-ish on Saturday (we're technically decorating right now, but it really depends on how much I get done Wed/Thurs), whatcha planning on doing?

I'm still like kicking myself for forgetting to text you on the Saturday at Polaris, it was the wierdest day ever (really, was a strange strange day, had stuff happen before we left my place), and then we had all the Torri stuff so brain apparently WAS NOT WORKING.

Hey, I wanted to wait until I knew my plans for sure to respond, but apperanlty other people are planning things for me without asking for my opinion :-/

Normally when I make trips down, I leave right after work on Friday, but my mom wants me to drive my little sister down, who doesn't finish work until 5 on Saturday (I'm kind of pissed off about this since it wastes a huge part of *my* weekend, but no one seems to care *is bitter*). I *should* know tonight for sure when I'm coming down, but unfortunatley that pretty much just leaves Sunda to do anything. I didn't really have any plans per se, I was more thinking of just meeting up with people, and hanging somewhere where we could talk (or you know, squee about fandom :P).

I actualy saw you a few times at Polaris, but it was never really at a good time/place to talk with you. Although I was standing in line behind you during the Q&A for Torri when you did your little spin :)

Good to know you weren't nervous about calling me. Any particular reason why I didn't warrant nervousness? (Just curious...I think it's kinda funny) Anyway, I'm starting my new night job tomorrow. This week, my free night is Thursday night. After that, the next likely available is Sunday night.

You should definitely install on your mom's computer. I actually had to use my mom's to do my first...two? maybe three vids. But that's because programs tend to disagree with Windows 2000 Pro. Stupid laptop.

Anyway, good to know you're not dead. I was starting to wonder.

Mostly because we've talked a lot before.

anoel has been on my flist for a while, but she joined when I wasn't really LJing and she's really new to SGA so we didn't squee much together.

laii is still really new to my flist, and while we had talked, I didn't really know her. But if going by the 100 or so pages of e-mails we sent back and forth to each other, I'm sure we'll be able to find something to talk about :P

She hasn't noticed that I've had her computer in my room all week, she won't notice if I make a vid on it :P

It figures that I would tell you that and then my boss calls me, "what are you doing Thursday night?" *sigh* Actually last night's job just got rescheduled. Long story. I plan on ranting in my LJ, so you can find it there soon. My next night off is Sunday. I'm hoping that I don't get called in for then too. I need at least one night to goof off a little.
