Meme and a call for help!

3. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag whoever wants to do it.
1. If you try to wake me up before I'm ready, I can have an entire conversation with you while sleeping, that I won't remember at all when I really wake up later.
2. When I was child, I refused to say the word milk. I only called it "guk". My mom would try to get me to sound it out, and I would go "Mi" Lll" "kkk" but when they tried to get me to say it all at once I'd go "mi-ll-GUK!"
3. I used to be in special ed, and not on the gifted side.
4. When I read I don't actually read all the words, I just skip the small ones and insert what makes sense, but sometimes I'll insert the wrong word and have to re-read the sentence about 5 times to finally *see* the correct wording.
5. In my first year at university, I became a little obsessed with fish. To the point where we (raxhel and I) had about 13 fish tanks in our room and were trying to breed them.
6. When I was a child, my favourite toy was a cardboard box. I would sit in it for hours. I kept it until I was too big to sit in it anymore. I still like sitting in places that leave me all smooshed up (and require a crow bar to get me out of it).
7. I just recently discovered a love for colour coding things.
I'm going to tag....maekala, kukalaka, laii, raxhel (ha! like she'll really do it, pfft), nebulein, pbanda, munchkinofdoom (jeese, I'm trying to think of people who actually *do* memes and it's *hard*, I basically ended up just doing the people I've been talking to lately. If anyone doesn't want to do it, I won't hound them or anything. Except maybe raxhel but that's just because it's her.)
So, now for the call for help.
I *know* that there are people on my list who are good at photoshoping things, and I was wondering if someone could help me (I seriously suck at it :-S). I'm making a movie for work, and I wanted to have a picture at the beginning of my cat yawning instead of the MGM Lion. So I wanted something like
except have the middle part with the lion be transparent, and the wording to be my company's name instead of Metro Goldwyn Mayer. Anyone able to help me? Pleeeeeeaaaase! I know I will fail if I try. :(

Because if it's just to paste your cat in, it would probably be easier to just erase/paint over the lion and then put the cat in.
Well I don't really want a picture of my cat in, but to use the picture as a frame for the clip I have of my cat yawning.

Would you also be able to change the gold lettering at the top? Instead of saying Metro Goldwyn Mayer, I'd like it to say... I'm torn, the name of my company is Thermo Fisher Scientific, but I was also kind of thinking of having just Fisher Scientific Films, so that it abbreviates to FSF which is slightly closer to MGM than TFS... What do you think?
And wow, now I'm getting demanding, but could you remove the www.mgm.com from the bottom?
