Last weekend I drove from Guelph to Ottawa, and before leaving I found one gas station that was at $1.16, when everywhere else in town was at $1.20. Then as I was driving home, most places $1.20, but I passed one place at $1.145 and one entire town at $1.147. I just don't get how there can be such a difference in one province. What allows the one station to go down so much lower?
