paraka | (no subject)

Just over a year ago I decided to flock my journal. I used it a lot then, and was pretty close to all of the people on my flist. I was also going through some really tough times emotionally so it just made sense to me to lock it. Well ok, maybe not complete sense since I've always hated flocked journals, but it made me feel better. Then I went back home for the summer, and then off to China, and my LJ time just went waaayyyy down. Also the ending of QaF killed a lot of my posting.

But whatever, I've decided that I'm going to unlock my journal. I'm not going to go through and unlock all of the entries, they're not really that interesting, but from now on the majority of my posts aren't going to be locked. I always forgot to do it anyways...

I'm also trying to get back into the habit of reading my flist. In the hopes of making that easier on me, I'm going to be unfriending a few people. There are a lot of people here that I totally love <3 but there are also a lot of people I have friended for fandom purposes, and well since I'm not longer all that active in the QaF fandom, or you may no longer be, I might defriend. Sorry. I have a feeling that the majority of the people I'll defriend won't even notice, but just in case, here you go.

I know, I feel really bad about it. I love my flist so much, in fact, even though I haven't really been on LJ for like a year, I still talk about you guys all the time.

Yeah, I'm trying, although I've come to realize that my flist has been taken over by Stargate communities. It's not as fun when you're not reading actual peoples LJs, and a lot of my QaF people are either not updating very much (*ahem*) or have moved onto fandoms I'm just not interested in...
