It doesn't seem to matter how long it's been since I've done anything in LJ land, you're always there with a comment and a *hugs* to welcome me back, and it's one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

i think it was even worse when i was younger. i kinda grew into my age (meaning stalled my mental growth ;)). back then i really was too mature for my age. now with all the squeeing and fandom i feel like i regressed ;)

yep, qafdownloads it was. after i got all four seasons i started uploading them like crazy. back when ysi still worked for me. (aah, good times ;) and hee, i tend to forget how i got in contact with some of my friends ^^

i did get my driver license! :D and i even got my provisional german one. will get my real one as soon as i turn 18. *whee*

I was really, really surprised when I first heard your voice. I mean I vaguely knew you’re from the States, but you talk about your French class enough, that I guess I kind of think of you as Canadian, so I was really surprised by your accent (by which I mean different from mine, since accents are all about perspective :P).

I think it's great how much you comment. I haven't really been posing to get comments, but it seems like every fic I read, I see you left a comment. As someone who does fanish stuff, I totally live for comments, and even though I'm crappy at leaving them, I really respect those who aren't (crappy at leaving them...).

Honestly, it my clearest memory is when I saw a fellow SGA fan on my flist. I really hadn't been on LJ for forever, and well it seemed like I wasn't connecting with most of my flist, and then I saw an icon, and :D

4. On SGA fic? I'm pretty bad at leaving comments, actually; of all the stories I've read, I may have feedbacked about 45-50%. Mostly it depends on my mood.

When I had just gotten back from China, and my grandfather died, I was on my way into the funeral home for the wake, and my Dad had just come back from Munster with the mail. He handed me the welcome home letter that you had sent me while we were still in the parking lot, and it meant so, so , so very much to me. When I got home things were so crazy, and I was away from Sara for the first time in *months* and I was so lonely and upset, that that letter was one of the things that helped me get through it all.

I always forget where you live. Your profile only says "Ontario" so I always group you in with the Toronto people but (unless I'm really more confused then I thought) you live in Kingston right? You sent me pics at Christmas, right? I remember making a joke once about you visiting me in Jail, and saying the commute to Kingston's not that bad, meaning I would be in jail in Kingston, but you thought I meant from Kingston to China, but I felt so dumb for forgetting where you lived, I didn't say anything about it :P So now you know... (if it makes you feel better, I'm so geographically challenged, that even though I've lived in the little town for 20 years and there are really only 4 streets, if someone asks me for directions I can't help them :()
