Ok, as a follow up to my last post about John (and because if I'm going to have a paid LJ I should use more than just the extra icons :P) I've created a poll.

Also, question. In canon, has Ronon ever referred to John as his "task master"? Because I'm reading this fic right now, where he's doing that a lot, and I don't think this is the first time I've run across that particular phrase, and I find it kind of weird.

My third place is occupied by Ronon, Elizabeth AND Bates. *indecisive*

Also, I just did a search through the transcripts and the only time 'task master' is mentioned is in Trinity:

TEYLA: Is this Kell a friend?
SOLEN: Oh, he’s more like kin. He was Ronon’s Task Master during his military training. There is no closer bond.
DEX: None.

I know, I really wanted to do like the top 5 or top ten but I was too lazy, and then I'd feel I'd have to put it under a cut so it doesn't take up massive amounts of space on peoples flist, and then not as many people would fill it out....

Ahh, see it seemed like odd wording to me, and I don't think that's the kind of thing that John would just let pass him by, if Ronon called him that. At the very least, I think he'd mock the wording.

That also explains why this author had Ronon and Kell sleeping together.
