I went to the dentist today

I dislike going to the dentist. It's not that I'm afraid or anything like that, it's just kind of annoying.

I mean, I brush my teeth and everything, but I'm other than that I'm kind of lazy. Like I think I floss 3 times a month. And I never brush at lunch or anything, and I hate going there and being lectured about how I should.

Also, my bottom teeth are a little crooked, but not bad enough to make it worth braces. It can kind of hurt though when they try to clean them since it pulls on them in a direction they weren't made to go.

Also, apparently a piece of sealant had chipped off one of my back teeth, so they resealed. Now the tooth goes a little higher than it used to, and now I can't clench my teeth without contorting my mouth. The only point of contact if I close my teeth like I used to is where they added the sealant. I'm hoping it'll wear away on it's own, but if it doesn't I'll have to go back, because that's so not good. I have to go back in a week and a half anyways, so I'll get it all worked out then.

I don't like going cause they always find cavities. And I remember once, when I was 14, they were drilling and the damn anesthetic didn't work and they drilled into live nerve. Not pretty. I bit the dentist...HARD. But I always get nervous when they do it now and if I feel a slight tingle, I make them stop and give me more.

Well I've only had one cavity, and I was pretty young at the time, I don't really remember it, but they didn't actually use anesthetic when they did it.

This time though I was told I had a cavity in between my teeth (since I don't floss) that's why I'll have to go back.

Maybe after next trip I'll have a fear of dentists, since I'm pretty sure my new dentist is too high tech to do acupuncture.
