Baby!

So last night, I went out with a friend for dinner and a movie (the new Indiana Jones movie), so it wasn’t until 9:30 that I got home last night.
There was no car in the driveway. I don’t think I’ve whined moaned talked too much about this lately, but my sister is pregnant. She was due this past Wednesday, so we’ve all anxiously been awaiting news. My mom plans on being there for the birthing, but my sister lives about 5 hours away, so she at least is going to have to hop in a car and hightail it down the 401 as soon as it starts. The rest of us want to be there too, but it’s a bit more complicated with work and school schedules to work around (my mom has a co-worker ready to cover for her at a moments notice). So when I got home last night, and saw the other car missing, my first thought was "Baby!" and ran in the house.
I didn’t even have the sentence out of my mouth before I saw my mom standing in the kitchen :( My sister was just out at a school dance.
I want a baby!

On a totally unrelated topic: I’m completely familiar with the character limits for comments (heh), but does anyone on my flist know what the character limits for a post are? I know there must be some, since writers are forced to post fic in multiple parts sometimes, but I’ve never written anything so long as to run into that. I’m currently working on something though, that’s halfway through it’s fourth page, and I’m not even close to being done. If I’m going to have to divide this into parts, it will probably effect how I write and post it.
So, to sum up, about how many pages can you fit in an LJ post?

Also, I may have signed up at [livejournal.com profile] otw_onlinecon to write fic :S What was I thinking!?

Jenn, has been hurting for almost a whole day now, with back aches and a lot of pressure, but her water hasn't broken yet. She had a temperature, so went to the hospital and they say she's begun dilating, but she's still not in labour, so we're still waiting by the phone. I've packed a suitcase already. :)

*wants baby now*

Random canon question, but in the Narnia series, is it ever mentioned if Caspian gets married? I don't remember them saying, but I can't even tell you how many years it's been since I read Voyage of the Dawn Treader....
