Vidding Help

So, I'm trying to put clips from the Baywatch movie into my vid, and so far all it's done is make Premiere throw a temper tantrum and refuse to work. What's that program where you can write script and change how your vidding program sees the clips you're using? I think I'm going to have to trick Premiere here. :S
